Here's what that means for you:
You'll continue using Spectrum's network, but instead of being billed by them directly, your building secured a lower group rate that's billed through Pulse.
If you're already a Spectrum customer, your Spectrum account has already been updated to reflect your building's new bulk internet plan. The cost of the covered services has been taken off your Spectrum bill and is now billed through Pulse at a lower bulk rate. If you've added any extra services, those will still appear on your Spectrum bill as usual.
New users can set up in minutes. If you are either transferring service or moving in, we'll communicate with Spectrum to ship all of your equipment, and you'll be online in no time. Any and all maintenance is still the responsibility of Spectrum. If you already have Spectrum equipment and want to upgrade per the building's bulk contract, you will have to contact Spectrum at 1-855-326-5115.
